Given that Yellowprint Sarl is only the custodian of a fiduciary title, the power plant of which you are co-owner is not considered one of its assets.

What is the difference between a photovoltaic solar panel and a thermal solar panel?

The photovoltaic panel transforms the beams of the sun into continuous electricity, whereas the thermal panel absorbs the heat of the solar radiation to pass it on to a fluid (for instance to warm the sanitary water).

What happens if I die?

Upon production of the death certificate by your successors, the surface registered in your name will be modified in our books to reflect the name of your beneficiary – or beneficiaries.

By living in Confignon, the place of the photovoltaic power plant, do I get any help on behalf of the municipality?

Yes, the municipality participates for CHF 75.- per square meter and per adult for a maximum of 5 square meters per person. This is, however, a time-limited offer - so it is important that you take the necessary action as soon as possible. How to get the municipality’s help?

The participation is paid upon presenting the Yellowprint statements to the municipality.

Yes, through its accommodation foundation.

How long is necessary to make one’s investment profitable?

Approximately 18 years are needed. However, the main idea is to consume the energy which you produced. In that case, the return of investment is used to finance your SIG Vitale Soleil consumption and thus reduce your SIG invoice over the next 25 years.
